媒體報導，柯文哲為兌現選前公民咖啡館支票而成立公民參與委員會，4月1日將滿週年，但北市研考會現列管51項公民提案，無一案完成；柯選前公民顧問團部分成員們也全反過頭來監督柯。台北市政府發言人林鶴明說，已要求做進一步追蹤。
柯文哲上午出席在台北101大樓舉行的「105年北北基桃聯合災害防救演習（地震避難疏散演練）」活動，他會後接受媒體聯訪時，做上述表示。
